About Me
Ron Ben Bachar
Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Practitioner
My path began in Chinese medicine. That's where I learned to see pain not just as a spot that hurts, but as part of a wider system: movement, load, habits, emotional state, and the body's ability to recover.
Over time I wanted to understand the Western side of the body in depth too, how muscles, joints, posture and movement affect pain and the healing process. So I went on to study sports therapy, which gave me more tools for looking at the body through movement, load and rehabilitation.
Today my treatment combines these two languages: Chinese medicine, acupuncture and YNSA on one side, and an understanding of movement, load and function on the other. The goal isn't only to ease the pain, but to understand what's holding it in place, to fit the treatment to the person in front of me, and to help the body move forward at the right pace.

What happens in your first treatment, step by step
Your first visit usually runs a little longer than the others, because most of it is devoted to understanding: who you are, what brings you in, and how your body functions as a whole.

Welcome and getting to know you
We start with a conversation, not with needles.
I want to get to know you before we get to the treatment itself. We will sit for a few minutes, you will tell me what brings you in and what you have already tried, and I will explain how a Chinese medicine treatment works and what is planned for today. It helps to bring any previous tests, X-rays or MRI scans, and a list of the medications and supplements you take.

What Patients Say
Wow, where do I start. I came to Ron with several chronic issues, the first of which was an underactive thyroid. From the very first moment Ron was incredibly professional — he looked into everything going on in my life, and once we started treatment we actually began seeing results in my blood tests!!! He saved me from yet another unnecessary medication. Over time we became friends; he always helps, advises and is available for any health question I have. A precise combination of holistic and practical — and on top of that, simply amazing service.
Ron is a very professional therapist with a unique and pleasant approach. Works with a very effective method for treating pain and getting quick results. Indeed, I saw results from the first treatments.
I came to Ron with sciatica pain, pain from the back along the entire leg. I found a pleasant clinic with a professional therapist with dedication and a genuine desire to help. Already after the first treatment I felt relief.
I came to Ron a bit skeptical, afraid of acupuncture and with limited understanding of the treatment's essence. The connection with Ron was immediate, and there was a feeling of listening and understanding on his part as a therapist.
I came with severe pain and uncertainty, and Ron managed to diagnose incredibly accurately. Beyond professionalism, he has exceptional communication skills, calming human treatment, and unmatched patience.
After half a year of tendon inflammation in my forearm that kept me from training, I came to Ron — and after 2 treatments 90 percent of the pain was gone. I have to say he is a listener, warm, great to talk to and above all a true professional. Highly recommend.
I found Ron through the website, and he is truly professional and attentive. The treatments help me calm my mind, and there is always a pleasant, safe feeling. Warmly recommended.
